Husband and wife team of Gerry Altman and Sandi Lampella relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in February 2010 from Portland, Oregon, where we owned and operated Gerry's Custom Refinishing for 23 years.
We bring with us over 50 years of combined experience in refinshing, restoring and repairing furniture.

We love a challenge and pride ourselves in being able to repair something that was previously thought unsalvageable. We have restored everything from totem poles to tea carts.
Some of our more interesting and fulfilling projects have been:
* turning a chicken incubator into a coffee table
* milling wood from an old wooden hot tub and making a computer table out of the wood
* converting an old TV cabinet into a liquor cabinet
* restoring all of the private club house furniture at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course in North Plains, Oregon
